Composite Midheaven

A composite chart is built from the midpoints between two people's charts, so it is one chart for the pair rather than a chart for either person. These readings say what a placement in it stands for in a pair's shared chart.

In each sign

Composite Midheaven in Aries: The pair's standing tends to rest on pioneering: it can be known for taking the lead where nothing exists yet, and its goals are pursued with energy and a readiness to compete.
Composite Midheaven in Taurus: A reputation for dependability tends to build here, with the pair known for patient, lasting work and for creating something solid and valued over time.
Composite Midheaven in Gemini: The pair's public side often centres on ideas and communication, and it can be known for versatility, wit and a knack for connecting people and information.
Composite Midheaven in Cancer: The pair's standing often grows from care: it can be known for nurturing others, building a sense of belonging and a reputation that feels like family.
Composite Midheaven in Leo: The pair tends to aim for authority and recognition, with a standing built on generosity, a sense of honour and a wish to lead others rather than follow.
Composite Midheaven in Virgo: The pair's direction often lies in skill and service, and it can earn respect for precision, reliability and improving the way things are done.
Composite Midheaven in Libra: The pair's public image tends to rest on design, craft and partnership: it can be known for good taste, for smoothing the way between parties and for work that looks refined.
Composite Midheaven in Scorpio: The pair's standing often draws on resolve and focus, with ambitions pursued firmly and quietly, and a reputation for determination and for pressing on where others pull back.
Composite Midheaven in Sagittarius: The pair tends to work toward broad horizons, such as teaching, travel or big ideas, and can become known for optimism and for a larger vision.
Composite Midheaven in Capricorn: The pair's ambition tends to be patient and structured, aiming at lasting achievement, authority and a reputation for discipline and responsibility.
Composite Midheaven in Aquarius: The pair's direction often points toward the original and the communal, and it can be known for new ideas, causes larger than itself and a distinctive path.
Composite Midheaven in Pisces: The pair's direction often leans toward quiet, behind-the-scenes contribution, with a purpose tied to compassion and imagination, and a reputation for gentleness rather than show.

None of this is a verdict. A single placement never describes a whole relationship, and astrology is a tradition of interpretation rather than a body of established fact.
